Webble makes it easy to build various flows ranging from simple chatbots for automating business processes, to complex AI agents that can make decisions on what task to execute based on user input. In this section we will discuss the basic terms needed to understand how you can build a chatbot or AI agent on Webble.
This is the canvas used to build your chatbot. It's made up of groups of elements connected to each other.
To navigate the graph with your mouse, click and drag on an empty area to pan. To zoom in an out, use your mouse's scroll wheel.
An element is the basic unit of composition for your graph. If you drag an element unto the canvas a group with that element is created, you can then add more elements to that group to update the functionality of your flow. Example of elements include Text Bubbles (reply messages), Image Bubbles, Text Inputs (for capturing user messages), etc.
Groups are nodes that contain one or more elements.
A chatbot is a created by organising groups of elements in the right order to meet your desired outcome. We can build various types of chatbots by organising elements in different ways. Webble offers a ton of chatbot templates you can modify or use as is.
